What you have there are the Command 003-20 incandescent tail lights. Although we do not have the incandescent replacement, we do have the LED version which is the # CE86FR. You will want to keep the lights the same way they are now with the brake light on the outer and the white light on the inner. These do not have a designation for driver or passenger side so all you need to do is flip it around to the correct orientation when you mount it.

You can adjust the pressure in the system according to the load, but the weight of a motorhome won't vary much so you wouldn't really benefit from that adjustability.
